Project Ashfit – Terms & Conditions


1. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any personal training session. This can be done via a call or chat. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in loss of that session with no refund.


2. Session Timing

Personal training sessions last approximately 1 hour. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your trainer may cancel the session, which will be deducted from your package without refund.


3. Package Validity

All personal training packages have expiry periods:

  • 24 sessions – use within 90 days (Breakthrough)
  • 48 sessions – use within 180 days (Breakthrough)
  • 96 sessions – use within 365 days (Breakthrough)
  • 36 sessions – use within 90 days (Project Peak Physique)
  • 72 sessions – use within 180 days (Project Peak Physique)
  • 144 sessions – use within 365 days (Project Peak Physique)

Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited without refund. This policy ensures consistency for optimal results.


4. Extension Policy

You may Freeze your package for up to 6 months only under the following circumstances, with appropriate documentation:

  • Pregnancy
  • Serious illness
  • Serious injury

5. Medical Disclaimer

Your trainer is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. You must consult your doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition program. Your trainer may request medical clearance at any time.


6. Trainer Delay Policy

If your trainer arrives 15-20 minutes late, you will receive extended time in that session. If your trainer is more than 20 minutes late, you may choose to cancel and reschedule with 1 day extended validity.


7. Individual Results Disclaimer

All training and nutrition plans are customised to each client, but results can vary person to person, as they depend on various individual factors including adherence, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and medical conditions.


8. Payment & Refund Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with Project Ashfit Coaching Services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a refund provided no personalised workout or nutrition program has been delivered and no live coaching sessions have been utilised. All refunds will be processed after deducting a processing fee of ₹1,000 (India) or $20 (international) to cover administrative costs.

Project Ashfit reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of unprofessional behaviour. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 days from approval.


10. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and be ready to train
  • Follow prescribed plans responsibly
  • Communicate honestly about injuries, fatigue, or health changes

11. Confidentiality

All client data, progress photos, and personal information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for coaching and promotional purposes with your consent.
